Introduction to Self Practice Sessions
During the workshop you will receive a manual to support your practice,
be guided on how to structure effective self practice sessions,
and gain a clear understanding of the studio's code of conduct
Self Practice Sessions will be available to book online between the hours of 6am-12pm weekdays, (Instructor has to be present)
Pre- requisite: Private sessions with an Instructor & attendance of the Understanding Classical Pilates Workshop
